Overview
This endpoint retrieves a single proposal coverage record by its ID. The response is the full coverage entity mapped through the ProposalCoverage domain object, identical in shape to individual items returned by the Index endpoint.
The proposalId in the route is validated against the coverage record. If the coverage does not belong to the specified proposal, the request fails.
