Overview

The Review action initiates a claim review workflow that evaluates a claim against configured review criteria. This is specifically designed for workers' compensation and insurance claim review processes - NOT as a general-purpose task creation system.

The Review action does NOT simply create a task. It initiates a claim review process that may include:

How It Works

When executed, the Review action:

  1. Creates a review record linked to the claim specified by domainKey
  2. Populates review items based on configured review template/criteria
  3. Assigns reviewers to the review
  4. Optionally notifies reviewers of the pending review
  5. Tracks review progress and completion
  6. Records findings, scores, and outcomes
