Overview
The Review action initiates a claim review workflow that evaluates a claim against configured review criteria. This is specifically designed for workers' compensation and insurance claim review processes - NOT as a general-purpose task creation system.
The Review action does NOT simply create a task. It initiates a claim review process that may include:

How It Works
When executed, the Review action:
- Creates a review record linked to the claim specified by
domainKey - Populates review items based on configured review template/criteria
- Assigns reviewers to the review
- Optionally notifies reviewers of the pending review
- Tracks review progress and completion
- Records findings, scores, and outcomes
