Overview

The AdditionalOwner action grants additional users, employees, contacts, or teams ownership access to a record. This creates supplementary access relationships beyond the standard security model, allowing designated parties to view and/or manage specific records based on configured permissions.

When the action executes

• Creates one or more AdditionalOwner records linking the specified users, contacts, employees, or teams to the triggering record
• Grants those owners the configured permissions (view, edit, manage, or custom permissions)
