Overview

The CorrAction action type creates a Corrective Action record in response to audit findings or compliance issues. Corrective Actions are work items that track remediation efforts required when audit responses identify deficiencies or areas requiring improvement.

What It Does

Creates a new CorrectiveAction record linked to an AuditResponseDetail (an individual audit question answer). It:

• Creates a corrective action record with a description of the action required
• Assigns the corrective action to a user (or leaves it unassigned)
• Sets a due date for completion
• Links the corrective action to the specific audit question/answer that triggered it
• Automatically sets the status based on assignment
